Reolink has unveiled its Altas series of surveillance cameras, designed to provide 24/7 continuous recording without requiring a power outlet or internet connection.
The cameras are equipped with a 20,000mAh battery and a new ultra-low power chipset, allowing them to record up to seven days on battery alone or almost two years in motion-triggered recording mode.
The Altas series includes several models, such as the Altas Go PT with 360-degree coverage and 4G connectivity, a 2K bullet-style camera with Wi-Fi, and an updated version of the 4K Altas PT Ultra.
These cameras come with a mic and speaker for two-way audio and a large F1.0 aperture to capture color footage at night.
The cameras can store footage on a local SD card (up to 512GB) or send it to the Reolink Home Hub, a new device that centralizes footage storage on your home network.
The Home Hub, priced at $99, supports up to eight cameras and offers 1TB of encrypted storage. It is compatible with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Home Assistant, and works even if the internet goes down.
Reolink’s Altas cameras will be available in Q3 2025, though pricing has not yet been revealed.
