The upcoming RedMagic 11 Pro has appeared in a Geekbench benchmark, offering an early glimpse at the performance of Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen Elite 2 chipset. The flagship processor is set to debut next month.
The Geekbench listing shows the RedMagic 11 Pro (model NX809J) running an eight-core CPU, with 2 prime cores at 4.19GHz and 6 performance cores at 3.63GHz.The prime cores are slightly underclocked compared to a previous test at 4.74GHz, which is common for pre-release hardware.
Despite this, the device scored 3,309 in single-core and 10,742 in multi-core tests, representing 5% and 9% improvements over the previous RedMagic 10 Pro.
The phone is equipped with 16GB of RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking and gaming performance. The RedMagic 11 series will include a vanilla model alongside the Pro, and is expected to retain RedMagic’s built-in cooling fan.
Notably, it may introduce full IP68 dust and water resistance, potentially making it the first gaming phone to offer this level of protection.
