Rachel Zoe has officially filed for divorce from her husband Rodger Berman, ending their marriage of more than 26 years.
Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Rachel filed the papers on Monday in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple separated on June 27, 2024, according to the filing. They share two children: Skyler, aged 14, and Kaius, aged 10.
Rachel is also asking the court to restore her former name. The pair had publicly announced their separation in September 2024 via a joint statement on social media, stating they remained on good terms.
Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman’s relationship began in 1991 when they were students at George Washington University. They married in 1998 and later appeared together on TV shows including Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project (2008–2013) and Lifetime’s Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe.
Currently, Rachel Zoe is filming season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
