Hip hop duo Clipse is set for a strong commercial comeback as their new album Let God Sort Em Out is projected to sell 90,000 album-equivalent units in its first week. The album is expected to debut at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart, according to estimates from Kurrco.

The album marks Clipse’s first full-length release in over 15 years. The duo, made up of brothers Pusha T and No Malice, collaborated with several high-profile artists on the project, including Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Tyler The Creator, and John Legend.

Although the project has received mostly positive reactions, there has also been criticism. Some listeners have pointed out the duo’s continued focus on drug-related themes. During a recent appearance on the Joe and Jada podcast hosted by Fat Joe and Jadakiss, Pusha T addressed these critiques directly.

“You can’t please everybody,” he said. “But after 23 years in this, I’m not trying to please anyone but myself. I know the type of person I’m talking to with my music.”

Pusha T added that his lyrics reflect his life experience and said he won’t change his style to meet the expectations of a broader audience.

Alongside the album release, Clipse has expanded their upcoming tour by adding new international dates. The tour will now include shows in Tilburg, Paris, London, and Manchester. It will begin in August with a performance in Boston, followed by stops in cities such as Philadelphia, New York, Virginia Beach, Miami, and Atlanta.
