The queen of house music Peggy Gou is back with her highly-anticipated debut studio album ‘I Hear You.’ The Korean DJ and producer has been building major buzz over the last year after her single “(It Goes Like) Nanana” became an international smash hit.

‘I Hear You’ is set for release on June 7th via XL Recordings. The 9-track album follows Gou’s acclaimed EPs and mixtapes, marking her first proper full-length project. It promises to be a fun, upbeat summer album packed with infectious dance-pop bangers.

The tracklist for ‘I Hear You’ is:

  1. Your Art
  2. Back to One
  3. I Believe in Love Again
  4. All That (Ft. Villano Antillano)
  5. (It Goes Like) Nanana (Edit)
  6. Lobster Telephone
  7. Seoulsi Peggygou (서울시페기구)
  8. I Go
  9. Purple Horizon
  10. 1+1=11

The lead single “Nanana” is included in an edited form. The album also features a guest appearance from Lenny Kravitz on the track “I Believe in Love Again.” Puerto Rican rapper Villano Antillano is featured on “All That.”

With tracks like the giddy Latin-influenced “Lobster Telephone” and the driving synthpop of “I Go,” Gou explores diverse dance music influences while putting her own unique spin on 90s house sounds. Her precise vocals alternate between English and Korean.

After over a decade grinding it out in the dance music underground, Peggy Gou has solidified her status as a true crossover star with chart-topping hits. ‘I Hear You’ looks to be the perfect sunny soundtrack for summer as Gou brings her fresh take on house music to the masses.
