The 2024 OnePlus Pad has officially launched in China. It is a rebranded version of the Oppo Pad 3, featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset.
The Dimensity 8350 is an upgraded version of the Dimensity 8300. It includes the StarSpeed Engine, designed to improve gaming performance with 10% better power efficiency and 24% faster scene transitions.
The OnePlus Pad is 6.29 mm thin and weighs 533 grams, making it portable and easy to carry. It features an 11.61-inch LCD display with 700 nits peak brightness, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and DCI-P3 color support.
The back has a circular camera island with an 8 MP rear camera, while the front includes an 8 MP selfie camera.
A 9,520 mAh battery powers the tablet, supporting 67-watt fast charging. OnePlus claims the battery can provide up to 16 hours of video playback on a full charge.
The tablet runs ColorOS 15, based on Android 15, in China. The global version might use OxygenOS 15. Other features include stylus support, WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.4.
The OnePlus Pad starts at CNY 1,999 (about $273). While there’s no global release date yet, it could launch internationally alongside the OnePlus 13 series.
This tablet offers a great balance of features and price, making it a strong contender in the Android tablet market.
