Spider-Man: Brand New Day will feature an exciting first for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will team up with Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk, marking the first time these two heroes have interacted on screen in the MCU.

For example, Iron Man and Captain America appeared in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Nick Fury was central to Far From Home, and Doctor Strange played a big role in No Way Home.
Despite both being key Avengers, Spider-Man and Hulk have never met in the MCU before. This is partly because the Hulk was off-planet during earlier Spider-Man stories, such as Civil War and Homecoming. Even during battles in Infinity War and Endgame, they were never shown interacting.
In Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Ruffalo’s Hulk will reportedly have a significant role, possibly as one of Peter’s college professors at Empire State University. Fans can expect Hulk to be pulled into the action, with a likely fight between him and Spider-Man before they join forces.
