Netflix’s hit show Stranger Things has been at the center of shocking new claims. Actress Millie Bobby Brown reportedly filed a harassment and bullying claim against her co-star David Harbour before the filming of the final season began.
The allegations are said to include “pages and pages” of accusations. An internal investigation reportedly followed, though the results have not been made public. Sources confirm the claims did not involve sexual misconduct.
David Harbour, 50, who plays police chief Jim Hopper on the show, is also dealing with personal issues related to his estranged wife, singer Lily Allen. Despite these challenges, Allen publicly supported Harbour during the investigation.
Millie Bobby Brown had a personal representative on set during filming of the final season, which is set to be released in two parts. Netflix will also release the finale in cinemas on December 31, marking a global celebration for fans.
Millie Bobby Brown rose to fame through Stranger Things, which premiered in 2016 and has become one of Netflix’s most-watched shows. She now runs an animal rescue center in Georgia with her husband, actor and model Jake Bongiovi.
Netflix declined to comment on the internal investigation. Representatives for both Harbour and Brown have also not responded to requests for comment.
