The Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition is officially here. This limited-edition virtual reality headset, announced by Meta over a year ago, is now available for $400 in the US and UK only.
This special model features a sleek black design with Xbox’s signature green trim, plus an Xbox Wireless Controller and Touch Plus controllers included in the box. It also comes with an Elite Strap for extra comfort during long play sessions.
In addition to hardware, buyers get 128GB of storage, three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and Meta Horizon+, Meta’s VR social platform. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate allows users to stream cloud games via the Xbox app—even titles not in the Game Pass library.
The Xbox Edition supports additional controllers like the Xbox Elite Series 2, Xbox Adaptive Controller, and third-party gamepads including the Backbone Pro.
While the standard Meta Quest 3S costs $300, this Xbox-branded bundle justifies its $400 price tag with added accessories and services. Microsoft emphasized that quantities are extremely limited.
Customers in the US can purchase it from Meta’s website and Best Buy, while buyers in the UK can find it at Argos and EE.
This launch continues Microsoft’s push for Xbox gaming across more platforms, including VR headsets and handheld PCs. The Xbox app with cloud gaming has been supported on Quest headsets since late 2023, and more Xbox-branded devices are expected later this year.
