Meet the Irsay Sisters: Carlie, Casey, and Kalen Take Over the Indianapolis Colts

The Irsay Sisters: Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt, and Kalen Jackson.

Following the death of Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay in May 2025, ownership of the NFL team passed to his three daughters: Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt, and Kalen Jackson. The sisters, who had already been vice chairs and owners since 2012, now take on key leadership roles within the franchise.

Carlie Irsay-Gordon – Owner and CEO

Carlie Irsay-Gordon, the oldest daughter, serves as the Colts’ owner and CEO. She has been involved with the organization for years, gaining experience across multiple departments.

With a degree in religious studies from Skidmore College and coursework toward a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, Carlie is known for her hands-on approach, often wearing a headset and taking notes on the sidelines to better understand team operations.

Married to Zach Gordon, she has three children. Carlie emphasizes learning the inner workings of the organization under her father’s guidance and advises others in similar positions to stay actively involved.

Casey Foyt – Owner and Executive Vice President

Casey Foyt, the middle sister, is now the Colts’ owner and executive vice president. She holds a degree in sports marketing from Indiana University and has international experience with the NFL, including helping organize the league’s first regular-season game outside North America.

Foyt worked at the team from a young age, starting at the front desk in high school, and is credited with revitalizing the Indianapolis Colts Women’s Organization. She is married to Indianapolis 500 veteran Anthony J. Foyt IV, and the couple has five children.

Kalen Jackson – Owner, Chief Brand Officer, and Foundation President

Kalen, the youngest daughter, is owner, chief brand officer, and president of the Colts Foundation. She joined the Colts in 2010 after graduating from Indiana University with a degree in sports management and marketing.

Kalen champions mental health initiatives through the team’s Kicking The Stigma program, which has raised over $31 million to expand treatment and awareness. She is married to Boyd Jackson, and they have two daughters.

Continuing the Legacy

All three sisters have committed to honoring their father’s vision for the Colts and the Indianapolis community. Carlie, Casey, and Kalen carry forward his legacy, combining hands-on leadership, philanthropic work, and a deep connection to the team and city.
