The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed the brand reputation rankings for girl groups in May 2025.
The rankings were determined based on an analysis of consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes, with big data collected from April 11 to May 11.
BLACKPINK took the top spot this month with an impressive brand reputation index of 5,420,364, showing a slight 0.05% increase from their April score.
In the group’s keyword analysis, high-ranking terms included “Jennie,” “Rosé,” and “concert,” while related terms like “participate,” “pre-sale,” and “record” dominated. Their positivity-negativity analysis also revealed 91.98% positive reactions.
In second place, IVE followed closely with a brand reputation index of 5,185,979. TWICE climbed to third, thanks to a remarkable 41.47% increase in their score, bringing their total to 5,185,979 as well.
Red Velvet saw a significant boost, rising to fourth place with a 55.58% increase, giving them a brand reputation index of 3,422,031. aespa rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 3,192,945.
