Olandria Carthen, a breakout personality from Season 7 of Love Island USA, has signed with Digital Brand Architects (DBA), the influencer management firm owned by United Talent Agency (UTA).
Carthen, 27, gained attention on the Peacock dating series for her confidence, southern charm, and strong on-screen presence, ultimately finishing as runner-up alongside Nic Vansteenberghe. The Alabama native is also a first-generation college graduate, holding a degree from Tuskegee University.
DBA plans to manage Carthen’s career with a 360-degree strategy, expanding her reach across lifestyle and entertainment sectors and developing opportunities beyond her digital presence.
On Love Island USA, Carthen initially paired with Taylor Williams before forming a popular connection with Vansteenberghe, with fans dubbing the pair “Nicolandria.” The duo will reunite on August 25 in a special hosted by Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen, where they will update viewers on their relationship status after the show.
Founded in 2010, DBA was the first management company to focus on digital influencers as individual talent. UTA acquired the firm in 2019, and it will celebrate its 15th anniversary in November.
