The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE has leaked, offering a clearer picture of Samsung’s next affordable flagship — but the most important question remains unanswered: When will it launch?
Reliable tipster OnLeaks, in collaboration with SammyGuru, shared detailed renders showing a phone that mirrors the design of the Galaxy S25 and S25+ — including a thinner 7.4mm body, slimmer bezels, and a slightly smaller overall footprint (161.4 x 76.6mm).
The leak suggests the S25 FE will retain a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, potentially upgraded to 2,600 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, it could ship with either the Exynos 2400 or MediaTek Dimensity 9400 — with the latter being the more powerful and efficient chip.
On the camera side, expectations are modest. The rear setup may stay close to the S24 FE’s, which was seen as underwhelming compared to rivals. However, a 12MP front camera, similar to the standard S25, could offer a welcome selfie upgrade.
But the leak is missing a crucial detail: the release date. Historically, Samsung’s FE models arrive late in the year, just before the new Galaxy S series is expected. This timing often undercuts their appeal — older flagship models are heavily discounted by then, often matching the price of the new FE phone.
So far, Samsung hasn’t confirmed when the Galaxy S25 FE will launch, or how much it will cost. Until then, fans can only speculate — and wonder if this “Fan Edition” will arrive in time to matter.
