Kanye West has admitted he misses his friendship with Pusha T after the rapper mentioned him in Clipse’s new song. The track, called “Ace Trumpets,” is part of Clipse’s upcoming album Let God Sort Em Out, set to release on July 11.
In the song, Pusha T raps about Kanye West, joking about his interviews. This mention seemed to make Kanye feel nostalgic. He took to social media and wrote, “I miss me and Pusha’s friendship.”
The two artists had a falling out in 2022 when Pusha T criticized Kanye for antisemitic comments and left Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music label.
Earlier this year, Kanye said on a podcast that he had talked with Pusha T after months of silence. He said the talk went well and reflected on their past music and partnership.
Pusha T has promised that their new album will bring fresh energy and new music. Fans can pre-order Let God Sort Em Out ahead of its July release.
