Actor Justin Baldoni confirmed in a deposition that he told Blake Lively he is circumcised during a visit to her New York City apartment in December 2022, while Lively was pregnant with her son Olin.
Baldoni, 41, told attorneys that Lively, 38, did not directly ask him about it. He said the conversation took place in a busy room, with Ryan Reynolds, nannies, assistants, and household staff moving in and out. “Her and I were sitting on the couch, but there were people all around,” he said.
When asked if he had ever shared similar information with colleagues, Baldoni said he did not.
Lively’s lawsuit alleges Baldoni made multiple women uncomfortable on set, including discussing his own genitalia. Her attorneys are pushing for the case to go to trial in March 2026, while Baldoni’s legal team has asked the judge to dismiss it.
Baldoni’s lawyer has said the actor wants to “be vindicated” and have the truth presented in court.
