Justin Bieber Breaks Silence on Past Ties With Diddy Amid Trial

Justin Bieber’s camp has denied any real connection between the pop star and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, following public speculation during Diddy’s ongoing criminal trial.

Bieber, now 31, first met Diddy as a teen early in his music career. Some old clips of the two, including a 2011 Jimmy Kimmel Live! interview and a 2009 YouTube vlog, have recently resurfaced online. In those videos, Diddy refers to Bieber as his protégé and makes vague comments about their time together.

Diddy once told Bieber, “We can’t really disclose what we’re doing” and promised him a Lamborghini when he turned 16. These clips have sparked concern among fans, especially due to the current accusations against Diddy.

However, sources close to Bieber told TMZ the interactions were only “performative” and not part of a real personal relationship. They clarified that Bieber was actually closer to Diddy’s sons, Quincy and Justin Combs, than to Diddy himself.

In an official statement, Bieber’s team said he is not one of Diddy’s victims. They added, “Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’ victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him. Shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve.

Bieber’s name may continue to appear in the media due to his past appearances with Diddy, but his team insists there was nothing inappropriate in their relationship.
