Jennifer Lopez had some free time before her big concert at Istanbul’s Yenikapi Festival Park on August 5, 2025. On August 4, she visited the upscale Istinye Park mall and stopped by the Chanel store.
However, a security guard at Chanel did not recognize the singer and actress. The guard told Lopez she could not enter because the store was full. According to Turkish media and confirmed by Billboard, Lopez simply said, “OK, no problem,” and did not get upset.
Later, the store security invited Lopez back, but she chose not to return.
This was not the first time this summer Lopez responded calmly to an unexpected situation. At a July 25 show, she had a wardrobe malfunction when her skirt fell off. She laughed, tossed the skirt to the crowd, and joked, “I’m glad I had underwear on.”
Jennifer Lopez is currently on her Up All Night: Live in 2025 tour, which started July 8 in Spain. She has performed in many countries and has two more shows left in Kazakhstan and Italy this month.
In addition to touring, Lopez will star in the upcoming musical film Kiss of the Spider Woman, releasing in theaters on October 10.
