Disney+ has premiered a new Marvel series, Iron Man and his Awesome Friends, featuring Tony Stark’s Iron Man leading a team of young heroes. The show debuted on August 11, 2025, and is aimed at preschool viewers, following the style of Spidey and his Amazing Friends.
The series stars Tony Stark alongside Riri Williams and Amadeus Cho, each wearing their own version of the Iron Man suit. The team also includes a flying puppy named Gamma, dressed in an Iron Pup suit. Episodes follow the heroes on fun adventures, from playing Frisbee to demonstrating new technology.
Villains in the series include Ultron and his minions Nuts and Bolts, as well as Swarm, played by Vanessa Bayer. The show also features appearances from Marvel characters such as Sam Wilson’s Captain America and T’Challa, the Black Panther, who brings his pet rhino, Uthuli. John Stamos appears as Howard Stark, Tony’s father.
Iron Man and his Awesome Friends offers a younger take on Tony Stark’s legacy, blending superhero action with lighthearted fun for children. The series is now available to stream on Disney+.
