1. iPhone 17 “Air”
Apple plans to introduce an ultra-thin iPhone model, possibly called “iPhone 17 Air.” At just 5.5mm thick at its thinnest point, it will feature a 6.6-inch display and a single rear camera on a horizontal bar. This model will likely replace the Plus variant.
2. All-Aluminum Design for All Models
The entire iPhone 17 lineup will feature aluminum frames, marking the return of aluminum to Pro models for the first time since Apple began distinguishing between Pro and standard devices.
3. Redesigned Camera System
The Pro models will abandon the square camera bump for an aluminum camera bar that spans the device’s width. The back will combine aluminum (top half) and glass (bottom half) for wireless charging compatibility.
