Hunter x Hunter

Hunter x Hunter fans were thrilled when the manga resumed in 2022, with creator Yoshihiro Togashi adjusting his work schedule to focus on his health.

However, after the release of Chapter 410, it was announced on December 4, 2024, that the series would once again go on an indefinite hiatus.

A message at the end of the latest chapter reads, “The next chapter will be published as soon as it is decided.”

This announcement has left fans concerned, especially since Togashi recently underwent back surgery. While no official reason has been given for the hiatus, Shonen Jump and Togashi have yet to confirm when the series will resume.

The uncertainty has sparked a wave of speculation, with many expressing their support for the creator’s health and well-being.

Hunter x Hunter has faced multiple breaks since it began in 1998. Originally published weekly, the series started experiencing frequent pauses after 2006 due to Togashi’s health.

The longest break lasted nearly four years before the manga finally returned in 2022. Despite the interruptions, fans continue to cherish the story and eagerly await its return whenever Togashi is ready.
