HGTV Cancels Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa Reality Shows

HGTV has cancelled two popular home renovation shows, “Christina on the Coast” and “The Flipping El Moussas,” according to multiple reports.

“Christina on the Coast,” starring Christina Haack, concluded its fifth season in March 2025. The show featured Haack and her team transforming outdated properties into modern dream homes with open floor plans, custom storage solutions, and spa-inspired bathrooms.

The most recent season included appearances by Haack’s ex-husband Josh Hall in episodes that aired last summer, before the couple filed for divorce in July 2024.

“The Flipping El Moussas,” featuring Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa, wrapped its second season in May 2025. The final season showed the couple facing professional and personal challenges, including welcoming a new baby while navigating difficulties in the Southern California real estate market.

The cancellations add to a growing list of HGTV show endings, including “Bargain Block,” “Married to Real Estate,” “Farmhouse Fixer,” “Izzy Does It,” and “Battle on the Beach.”

The status of Haack’s other show, “Christina in the Country,” which premiered its second season in November 2024, remains unclear.

“Christina on the Coast” was produced by Glass Entertainment Group and Unbroken Productions, while “The Flipping El Moussas” was produced by DIGA Studios in association with Homemade Productions, Inc.

US Weekly and People first reported the cancellations. HGTV has not yet responded to requests for comment about the programming changes.
