GTA Trilogy Developer Unfollows Rockstar After Credits Removal

GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition

A recent update to Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition has sparked speculation about tensions between Rockstar Games and Grove Street Games after the developer’s name was removed from the game’s menu screens.

The massive update brings several improvements, including a new Classic Lighting mode, quality of life changes, and significant bug fixes to address issues from the 2021 release.

Grove Street Games appears to have unfollowed Rockstar Games on Twitter following these changes. However, they continue to follow unofficial GTA news accounts while focusing on other projects like the Ark: Ultimate Survival Edition mobile port.

Despite the apparent tension, this update represents the most substantial improvement to the trilogy since its launch three years ago.
