Gene Simons Car Crash TMZ

Gene Simmons, the KISS rocker, was involved in a car accident in Malibu on October 15, 2025. Video footage obtained by TMZ shows his SUV hitting a parked truck on Pacific Coast Highway. The truck’s hood was bent and crumpled, while Simmons’ Lincoln Navigator appeared mostly undamaged.

According to his wife, Shannon, Gene fainted behind the wheel and drifted across several lanes before hitting the parked truck. The crash may have prevented him from going over a nearby bluff into the ocean.

Paul Stanley, Simmons’ bandmate, called it a miracle that Gene survived the accident. Shannon said that paramedics arrived with a stretcher, but Gene was unharmed, and the airbags did not deploy.

Shannon added that Gene recently started a new medication and was dehydrated, which caused him to pass out while driving. The family hopes he avoids freeways in the future and only drives short distances. Shannon also hopes Gene might give up driving altogether.
