Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra will launch with upgraded RAM and storage, according to reports from South Korean industry insiders.
The Galaxy S25 series, including the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, will be available from February 7, 2025.
The first Galaxy Unpacked event of 2025 will be held in San Francisco on January 22 at 11:00 am local time, which is January 23 at 3:00 am in South Korea. This clears up earlier confusion about the event date.
Pre-orders for the Galaxy S25 series will start soon after, with availability expected between February 4 and February 7, 2025.
This is slightly later than the Galaxy S24 series, which launched on January 31, 2024.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with 16 GB of RAM across all storage options: 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.
The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will feature 12 GB of RAM in all configurations, offering significant performance upgrades.
