Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has surfaced in its first major leak, offering an early look at what could be one of the company’s biggest tablet releases of the year. The leaked images, shared by well-known tech leaker Evan Blass, reveal several design changes compared to previous models.
The Tab S11 Ultra is expected to feature a 14.6-inch AMOLED display, similar to its predecessor. However, this time the front notch will be different. Instead of the wide notch seen on last year’s Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, the new tablet will have a smaller, rounded U-shaped notch. This change likely means Samsung will reduce the front-facing cameras from two to one, possibly removing the ultrawide lens.
On the back of the device, the dedicated magnetic storage space for the S Pen has been removed. While the tablet will still support a stylus, it’s unclear where users will store or charge it. Some believe Samsung may have moved the charging spot to the side of the tablet, similar to Apple’s iPad design. Others think Samsung might include a Bluetooth-free S Pen that does not require charging.
This would follow recent trends in Samsung’s product line. Earlier this year, the Galaxy S25 Ultra removed Bluetooth from its S Pen, and the Galaxy Z Fold 7 does not support the S Pen at all.
Samsung also revealed a glimpse of the Galaxy S25 FE in the same leak. The phone appears to have a modern design with three cameras aligned vertically on the back. The bezels look slimmer than last year’s model, though the bottom bezel seems slightly thicker than the others.
Both the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Galaxy S25 FE are expected to launch in early fall, possibly around September or October, alongside the rest of the Galaxy Tab S11 lineup.
Meanwhile, Samsung’s new foldable phones—the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7—are already available for pre-order. These devices, along with the Galaxy Watch 8 and 8 Classic, are set to begin shipping on July 25th.
