Samsung is expected to reveal the Galaxy S25 series at its Unpacked event in January 2025. However, reports suggest the Galaxy S25 Slim will not launch alongside the main models.
A recent leak from Samsung’s One UI 7 beta shows a list of U.S. carrier-specific devices.
The Galaxy S25 Slim is missing from this list, confirming it will not be part of the first wave of Galaxy S25 devices.
Earlier rumors suggested the Slim model would arrive between April and June 2025, and this aligns with the new findings.
The Galaxy S25 Slim is rumored to feature a 6.66-inch screen, a 200 MP main camera, and two additional 50 MP cameras for ultrawide and telephoto shots.
It is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and include a 4,700 mAh to 5,000 mAh battery.
Samsung has not officially confirmed these details, but the delayed release could allow the company to position the Galaxy S25 Slim as a unique addition to the lineup.
Samsung fans will need to wait a bit longer to see if the Galaxy S25 Slim lives up to the hype.
