Former NFL player Matt Kalil, 36, has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife Haley Kalil after she publicly commented that the size of his penis was a major factor in their 2022 divorce.
Haley, 33, had described Matt’s genitalia as “like 0.01 per cent of the population” during a Twitch interview, saying it made sexual intercourse “impossible” despite trying therapists and doctors.
Matt’s lawsuit accuses Haley of “invasive commentary” and claims her statements caused unwanted public attention, embarrassment, and distress to him and his family. He is seeking over $75,000 in damages and has requested a jury trial.
The filing also alleges Haley benefited financially and in social media engagement from making these remarks public, using them to monetize her online presence.
Haley responded, saying she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” by the lawsuit and emphasized that her interview was edited down to a funny soundbite, not reflecting the full story or their relationship.
The legal battle continues, highlighting the personal and very public fallout from intimate comments made during media appearances.
