Disney has launched ESPN Unlimited, a premium sports streaming service that provides access to all ESPN networks and ESPN+, including live NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, tennis, golf, and college sports. The service costs $29.99 per month for standalone subscribers.
However, some pay-TV subscribers already get ESPN Unlimited included in their packages at no extra charge. This applies to certain plans from Charter Spectrum, Hulu + Live TV, DirecTV (streaming-only), and Fubo TV.
Verizon Fios customers will also get access in the coming weeks. Not all plans from these providers include the service, and major providers like Comcast Xfinity, Dish Network, YouTube TV, and Altice USA do not currently offer it.
Disney encourages customers whose providers do not include ESPN Unlimited to request it as part of their package. The service offers 47,000 live events annually, on-demand programming, and premium shows like 30 for 30 and SportsCenter. Disney also offers a bundle with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited for $29.99 per month for the first year.
A lower-tier service, ESPN Select, is available for $11.99 per month and offers 32,000 live events but does not include ESPN’s linear networks. New features in the enhanced ESPN app include SC For You, personalized highlights and news with AI narration; ESPN Verts, swipeable vertical videos; and ESPN StreamCenter, a second-screen experience that syncs live games with stats and alerts on mobile devices.
