Eminem’s team has condemned the unauthorized release of nearly 30 unreleased tracks that surfaced online this week.
The leak includes collaborations with hip-hop legends like 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, Nate Dogg, and Anderson .Paak, spanning two decades of the rapper’s career.
Eminem’s spokesperson, Dennis Dennehy, expressed frustration in a statement to XXL Magazine, explaining, “These leaked songs were studio efforts never meant for public consumption. They are demos, experiments, and ideas that are dated and not relevant so many years later.”
Among the leaked tracks are demos of recent songs like “Little Engine” and “Discombobulated,” as well as older material.
One of the most notable leaks is “Smack You,” a diss track aimed at Suge Knight, in which Eminem accuses Knight of being responsible for the deaths of 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G.
In response to the breach, Eminem’s team quickly moved to remove the leaked songs from platforms like YouTube and social media.
The incident highlights the growing problem of leaks in the music industry, where artists are increasingly vulnerable to breaches of their creative privacy.
