SZA thrilled fans on May 31 in Las Vegas by bringing out Doja Cat for a live performance of their hit “Kiss Me More.” This marked the duo’s first time performing the song together live since 2021, and the crowd responded with great excitement.
This surprise guest is just one of several special appearances on SZA’s ongoing “Grand National” tour with Kendrick Lamar. Last month, Lizzo joined SZA at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood to perform “Special,” while Justin Bieber also made a memorable appearance for a performance of “Snooze.” Kendrick Lamar’s shows have featured guests such as Playboi Carti and Baby Keem.
Despite the tour’s success, SZA had a troubling moment last week when a fan threw a bracelet at her during a meet and greet, causing her to leave abruptly. The incident was widely shared on social media, with many supporting her reaction.
The North American leg of the tour will continue through June, with upcoming stops in cities like St. Louis, Chicago, and Toronto. Afterward, SZA and Kendrick will tour across the U.K. and Europe, including Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.
Before the tour began, SZA told Jimmy Kimmel Live! that both artists planned to “go insane” with their first-ever stadium shows, promising an unforgettable experience for fans.
