Diddy’s Fate Now in Jury’s Hands After Dramatic Closing Arguments

Diddy Trial

Federal prosecutor Christy Slavik gave her closing argument in the high-profile trial of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. Speaking for nearly five hours, Slavik told the jury that Diddy led a violent and powerful criminal operation.

“It was his kingdom,” Slavik said. “Everyone was there to serve him.”

She accused Diddy of using power, fear, and violence to control people around him. Slavik said Diddy ran a network that committed serious crimes, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution-related offenses.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Main Accusations

Slavik focused on what she called drug-fueled “freak offs.” She claimed Diddy forced ex-girlfriends, including Cassie Ventura and another woman known as “Jane,” to take part in disturbing sexual events involving male escorts. Slavik also accused Diddy’s staff of committing kidnapping, arson, and bribery to please him.

“He used his money and fame to escape justice for years,” Slavik said. “But that ends now.”

During the presentation, the courtroom grew tense. Diddy appeared sad and tired, especially when the prosecution played video footage showing him kicking and dragging Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016.

What’s Next?

The jury now begins deliberation. If found guilty, Diddy could face serious prison time.
