Diddy Hit with New Sexual Assault Lawsuit Over 2021 Party

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces a new civil lawsuit from Brandon Adams. Adams claims Diddy sexually assaulted him at a Los Angeles house party in 2021.

Quick Facts:

  • Accuser: Brandon Adams
  • Incident Date: 2021
  • Location: Los Angeles party
  • Claims: Sexual assault, battery, gender violence
  • Diddy’s Stance: Denies all allegations, trusts court process

Details of the Allegations

Brandon Adams says a chauffeur invited him to Diddy’s party after meeting at a gas station. Security made him leave his phone in the car when he arrived.

At the party, Adams drank alcohol that left him dizzy. He went to an empty bedroom and lost consciousness.

Adams alleges he woke up to someone unbuckling his belt. He heard a voice he believes was Diddy’s say, “You’re about to get that Diddy love.” Adams claims Diddy then sexually assaulted him and threatened him using personal details from his driver’s license, which security had scanned.

After the alleged assault, security stopped Adams from confronting Diddy. They told him to either “play along and leave like nothing happened” or leave “the hard way.” Adams says they forced him to sign a non-disclosure agreement before leaving.

On his way home, Adams was arrested for DUI. He believes drugs were slipped into his drinks at the party.

Legal Action

Adams is suing Diddy for:

  • Sexual assault and battery
  • Gender violence
  • Other related claims

He seeks financial damages. His lawyer, Tony Buzbee, represents several other people who have sued Diddy for similar accusations.

Diddy’s Response

Diddy’s legal team denies the allegations. They stated:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Ongoing Legal Battles

This lawsuit joins many others against Diddy. Since late 2023, he has faced at least 70 civil lawsuits over sexual assault, abuse, and sex trafficking. He is also in the middle of a federal criminal trial for sex trafficking, which could lead to severe penalties if he is convicted.

What’s Next

This civil case will proceed in court. Diddy continues to fight multiple civil and criminal allegations of sexual misconduct.
