A DHS agent testified that Sean “Diddy” Combs had ketamine, MDMA, lubricant, and baby oil in his hotel room at the time of his September 2024 arrest in New York City. The testimony was delivered Friday (May 16) during week two of Diddy’s federal sex trafficking trial.
Special Agent Yasin Binda of Homeland Security took the stand and described what he and his team discovered when they raided Diddy’s room. According to journalist Matthew Russell Lee of Inner City Press, the evidence included:
- Bags of Astroglide lubricant and baby oil hidden in a closet
- More bottles of lube on the nightstand and in the bathroom
- A bottle of Klonopin prescribed under the name “Frank Black”
- Pink-colored ketamine and MDMA in the nightstand
Jurors were shown photographs of the scene, and the courtroom was stunned when they were reportedly allowed to pass around the actual bag of pink drugs found in the room. These revelations support earlier allegations of drug use and sex-related paraphernalia tied to Diddy’s alleged abuse of women.
Cassie Ventura and Dawn Richard also testified this week, with Cassie giving deeply emotional accounts of physical and psychological abuse. Richard backed up some of those claims, recalling a violent incident from 2009 and stating that Diddy threatened her to stay silent afterward.
Meanwhile, misinformation about the trial is spreading online. One viral fake post claimed that Cassie had warned Nicki Minaj about Diddy and that Minaj told her to “stop complaining.” Matthew Russell Lee debunked that post, stating no such comment was made or referenced in court.
The Diddy trial continues, with no confirmation yet on who will testify next or what additional evidence will be presented. As of now, federal prosecutors appear to be building a case centered on coercion, drug use, and a long-standing pattern of abusive behavior.
