Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit, this time from a street musician who claims the music mogul drugged and sexually assaulted him under the pretense of a potential recording contract.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, accuses Combs of raping the unnamed musician, referred to as “John Doe,” after luring him to a private party.

The legal filing, brought by The Buzbee Law Firm, describes a pattern of alleged abuse that echoes prior allegations against Combs, who is currently in federal custody on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Allegations in the Lawsuit

According to the complaint, John Doe was performing on the streets of Los Angeles in November 2022 when he was approached by a man claiming to be a talent scout for Bad Boy Records, Diddy’s former label.

The scout allegedly invited Doe to an exclusive party, where he was promised an opportunity to meet Combs and discuss a recording contract.

Doe was later picked up in a black Cadillac Escalade and taken to a private residence. There, he met Combs, who reportedly praised his talent, offered him a drink, and discussed career opportunities. However, Doe soon began feeling disoriented and later realized he had been drugged.

The complaint alleges that Combs led Doe to a private room under the pretense of showing him jewelry. Once inside, Combs allegedly made unwanted sexual advances, asking Doe if he had ever performed oral sex before.

When Doe attempted to leave, Combs reportedly blocked his way and insisted he would only receive a record deal if he complied.

According to the lawsuit, Combs then forcibly raped Doe orally and anally before leaving the room. The following morning, an unidentified individual administered an IV to Doe and had him driven back to his original location.

Legal and Public Response

John Doe is seeking compensatory and punitive damages for what his lawyers describe as a “violent sexual assault.” The lawsuit further claims that Combs used his power and influence to manipulate and abuse aspiring musicians.

A spokesperson for Combs dismissed the lawsuit as “another baseless publicity stunt” and insisted that “the truth will prevail in court.” Combs has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct.

This latest lawsuit adds to the growing legal troubles for the 55-year-old music mogul, who has already been accused in multiple lawsuits of sexual assault and trafficking. His trial on federal charges is set for May 5, 2025.
