Charlie Puth has officially confirmed that he will release a new album in early 2025. The singer shared the news during his October 2024 UPROXX cover story, where he spoke openly about his growth as an artist and his plans for the future.
While answering fan questions, Puth joked that he was “contractually obligated” to put out new music. He later clarified that it was a lighthearted comment, but also confirmed that a new album is definitely on the way and scheduled for the beginning of next year.
Puth said he now feels more confident in his work. “I do feel more at home in my music,” he explained. “I don’t feel insecure about being the 32-year-old band geek anymore.”
This upcoming release will be his first full-length project since Charlie, which dropped in 2022. Fans can expect more personal and polished sounds as Puth continues to lean into his identity and signature style.
