BREAKING: Iran Fires Missiles at U.S. Base in Qatar After Nuclear Strike

Iran has launched a major missile attack on U.S. military bases in Qatar, marking a dangerous new stage in the ongoing conflict between Iran, the U.S., and Israel.

Iran fired at least six missiles at Al Udeid Air Base, the largest American military base in the Middle East. The attack was Iran’s direct response to recent U.S. airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.

The missile strike happened on Monday, June 23, with explosions reported across Doha and Lusail. Qatar quickly closed its airspace to protect civilians, while residents were told to stay indoors.

Iran said the missile launch was a “successful response” to what it called “America’s aggression.” The Iranian government accused the U.S. of crossing a “red line” by targeting its nuclear program.

So far, there are no confirmed reports of casualties. Qatar’s defense ministry claimed its air defenses intercepted the missiles, but independent sources have not confirmed this yet. The Pentagon and Qatari officials are still assessing the situation.

The attack has raised fears of a wider Middle East war. President Trump warned that Iran’s actions would be met with a “much stronger” military response. Qatar, which hosts the U.S. base and has ties with Iran, is working with allies to calm tensions.

This is the largest Iranian attack on U.S. forces since Iran’s retaliation for the killing of General Qasem Soleimani in 2020.

More updates are expected as this is a developing story.
