Box Office Hits $422 Million, Fueled by Moana 2, Wicked, and Gladiator 2

This Thanksgiving weekend, the box office set a new record with $422 million in domestic earnings, driven by three major releases.

Moana 2 led the way with a massive $221 million, marking the biggest Thanksgiving debut in history and signaling a successful comeback for Disney.

Wicked followed with $117 million, holding strong with a 29% decline from its opening weekend and crossing $262 million in total domestic earnings.

Gladiator 2 rounded out the top three with $44 million, bringing its domestic total to $111 million and positioning it to surpass $200 million as it continues its run.

Overall, more than 30 million moviegoers attended theaters, underscoring a strong recovery for the film industry and signaling a bright future ahead.
