Bianca Censori Launches Own Brands as Kanye Divorce Speculation Heats Up

Bianca Censori, Kanye West’s wife and former Yeezy architect, is making headlines again—not just for her personal life, but also for her bold move into business.

With rumors of divorce swirling, the spotlight is now on how much of Kanye’s $400 million empire she could potentially claim—and whether her new ventures mark the beginning of life beyond Ye.

Bianca and Kanye secretly tied the knot in December 2022, and if their marriage ends in California, state law generally grants each spouse 50% of the assets accumulated during the marriage—unless a prenuptial agreement exists.

While it’s still unclear if they signed one, reports suggest that West might have arranged a private settlement worth around $5 million in case of separation. However, that’s unconfirmed.

Kanye’s estimated assets, including a $57.25 million Malibu mansion and a $22.5 million ranch in Wyoming, could be partly up for grabs if they appreciated during their marriage.

Meanwhile, Bianca is stepping out of Kanye’s shadow in a different way. The Australian-born designer recently filed for two companies under her own name—one in California (Bianca Censori Inc.) and another in her hometown of Melbourne.

While Kanye remains involved as a listed director and his lawyer is handling legal affairs, this move signals Censori’s intent to build her own brand.

Sources close to the filings hint that the businesses may enter the cosmetics and beauty space, with Hussein Lalani, founder of skincare brand Zensa, named as chief financial officer. Lalani’s past ties to Kanye’s delayed $YZY crypto project suggest that Bianca’s new venture is still partially connected to Ye’s business world.

With divorce rumors heating up, many are asking whether this is the start of Bianca’s independent empire, or just another chapter in the complex world of Kanye West’s expanding brand.

For now, both their financial futures—and their relationship—hang in the balance.
