The fourth episode of Beast Games Season 2, titled “The Survivor Takeover,” aired on January 14, 2026, and picked up directly from the cliffhanger involving the $1 million Captain Bribe. This episode also introduced a major crossover with the reality series Survivor, co-hosted by Jeff Probst.

The $1 Million Captain Bribe

The cliffhanger from Episode 3 was quickly resolved. Player 126, JT from the Pink Team, accepted the $1 million bribe, walking away with the cash while remaining in the game. Shockingly, his four teammates — John (#112), Brandon (#31), Luke (#42), and Mia (#952) — were immediately eliminated. Mia, a returning Season 1 fan-favorite and previous private island winner, was one of the biggest surprises of the episode.

The Cannonball Hunt

To determine which players would compete in the Survivor crossover, MrBeast hid 10 cannonballs across Beast City. The first 10 players to find and fire a cannon earned a trip to Survivor Island to compete for a secondary prize.

The players advancing to Survivor Island were: Ian (#148), Tyler (#162), Ethan (#21), Nick (#118), JC (#566), Sue (#91), Jeff (#831), Hannah (#99), Kady (#38), and Auguste (#172).

Survivor Island Challenges

Challenge 1: Team Relay
The 10 players were split into two teams. The Yellow Team — Ian, Tyler, Ethan, Nick, and JC — won, while the Pink Team — Sue, Jeff, Hannah, Kady, and Auguste — was sent to the jury.

Challenge 2: Get a Grip (Endurance)
The Yellow Team faced an endurance test, clinging to a pole as long as possible. During the challenge, MrBeast offered Ethan (#21) a $50,000 bribe to quit, which he accepted. Ian (#148) and JC (#566) were the last two standing.

Tribal Council and Winner
An eight-person jury, made up of the five Pink Team members and three Yellow Team members who fell or quit, voted unanimously to award Ian (#148) the $1.8 million private island prize. JC (#566), despite losing, received a special “$10 Million Coin” from MrBeast. If he reaches the Final 6, the coin allows him to double the season’s grand prize to $10 million.

Episode 4 Winners and Eliminations

Winners:

  • JT — $1 million bribe
  • Ethan — $50,000 bribe
  • Ian — $1.8 million private island

Eliminated:

  • John (#112)
  • Brandon (#31)
  • Luke (#42)
  • Mia (#952)

The grand prize remains $5 million, with the potential to rise to $10 million if JC reaches the Final 6.

What Happened in Beast Games So Far

Season 2 began with 200 players split into Strong vs. Smart teams competing in Beast City for a $5 million prize.

  • Game 1: Strength and Memory Challenges eliminated 100 players.
  • Test 1: Returning Season 1 players rejoined after $100,000 bribes, including Jeff (#831) and Deano (#380).
  • Game 2: Balls, Balance, Bluff & Blocks challenged remaining players, reducing numbers to 50.
  • Game 3: Obstacle courses and individual rounds brought the remaining pool to 25 players ahead of Episode 4.

Episode 4’s $1 million Captain Bribe and Survivor crossover have shaken up the competition, creating a mix of shocking eliminations and massive prizes.
