The Artists For Aid benefit concert raised $5.5 million on January 10, 2026, to support humanitarian relief for children and families affected by conflict in Palestine and Sudan. The event took place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
The funds will be split equally between the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) and the Sudanese American Physicians Association (SAPA). PCRF provides medical care, nutrition, and essential services for children in conflict zones, while SAPA supplies emergency healthcare and medical aid in Sudan.
The concert was organized by Sudanese-Canadian artist and activist Mustafa and co-hosted by Bella Hadid and Pedro Pascal. Organizers said the focus of the night was empathy and direct humanitarian action rather than political debate.
More than 20 artists performed during the four-hour show, spanning indie, R&B, soul, and poetry. Notable moments included Lucy Dacus and Chappell Roan performing together, and Shawn Mendes joining Maggie Rogers on stage. Several poets addressed the humanitarian crises directly.
Mustafa told the audience that artists have a responsibility to act with compassion, while Hadid spoke about the resilience and generosity of Palestinian culture. The event highlighted shared humanity and collective support.
The $5.5 million total marks the largest single-night fundraising result in the Artists For Aid series. Previous editions were held in New Jersey and London in 2024, with total donations now reaching tens of millions of dollars.
Two children from Gaza who received treatment through PCRF attended the concert, offering a visible reminder of how the funds will be used. Organizers said all proceeds will go directly to medical and humanitarian work.
As conflicts continue to displace families and strain healthcare systems, the Artists For Aid concert showed how music and community action can deliver real financial support to life-saving efforts.
