Apple will officially launch its new iPhone 17 lineup today, September 9, 2025, during the company’s much-anticipated “Awe Dropping” event. The global livestream begins at 10 a.m. Pacific Time (10:30 p.m. IST).

The series is expected to include four models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Among them, the iPhone 17 Air is drawing the most attention as the slimmest iPhone ever, featuring a 6.6-inch display and a lightweight titanium-aluminum frame.

The standard iPhone 17 will come with a larger 6.3-inch screen, while the Pro models are anticipated to feature redesigned triple 48MP rear cameras with advanced zoom functions and a new rear panel design. All models will run on Apple’s latest A19 Pro chip and iOS 26 software.

In addition to the iPhone announcements, Apple is also expected to unveil updates to its smartwatch range and the next generation of AirPods.

The event is being closely followed by technology enthusiasts and analysts worldwide, as it is likely to define Apple’s product strategy heading into the holiday season.
