Starting November 20, The Merry Gentlemen brought audiences a touching story about a performer saving her family’s theatre with a unique holiday production. Despite a modest IMDb score of 5.0, it was a hit with viewers, garnering over 14 million views in its first week.

On November 27, Lindsay Lohan returned to Netflix in Our Little Secret. This holiday comedy features an awkward reunion between exes during a family gathering, with plenty of laughs and heartfelt moments.

The Nordic-inspired The Snow Sister, released on November 29, delivered a magical and mysterious tale about friendship and Christmas spirit. This atmospheric movie captivated fans with its enchanting storyline.

December releases kicked off with That Christmas on December 4. Based on Richard Curtis’s children’s books, this animated film features intertwined holiday stories, a mix-up by Santa Claus, and an incredible voice cast, including Brian Cox and Bill Nighy.

On December 6, Mary offered a fresh take on the nativity story, starring Anthony Hopkins and Noa Cohen in a biblical epic about courage and faith.

December 13 brought a mix of genres with two releases. Carry-On stars Taron Egerton in a Christmas Eve thriller involving a dangerous smuggling plot, while Disaster Holiday, a South African comedy, follows a workaholic on a chaotic family vacation.

Additional highlights include Sabrina Carpenter’s musical holiday special, the romantic Meet Me Next Christmas, and the animated Hot Frosty, where a snowman comes to life. Netflix wraps up the season with two live NFL games on Christmas Day, providing even more entertainment for subscribers.
