A new black version of Nigel Sylvester’s Air Jordan 4 “Brick By Brick” has surfaced online, causing a stir among sneaker fans. The sample features a sleek all-black design and mirrors the red version that dropped to high praise.
Nigel Sylvester, the first BMX athlete signed to Jordan Brand, originally released a red suede Air Jordan 4 with unique “BIKE AIR” branding.
It stood out for its gritty, worn look and personal touch. Now, this black version brings the same details in a darker, more versatile package.
Photos show a black suede upper, tonal cage, white mini-Swoosh on the forefoot, and Sylvester’s signature on the tongue. “BIKE AIR” branding returns on the heel, flipped in bold white against the black background.
So far, Jordan Brand hasn’t confirmed a public release. The pair may remain a one-of-one custom or a friends and family exclusive.
Still, with the buzz building online, fans are hopeful this stealthy colorway might hit shelves someday.
