The Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Nitro” is finally in the spotlight, with new on-foot images showing off its bold, BMX-inspired style. Set to release on August 2, 2025, the sneaker is priced at $160 and brings Sylvester’s unique touch to the classic low-top silhouette.
The design draws from Sylvester’s unreleased 2022 AJ1 High sample, blending premium materials with personal storytelling. The upper features black tumbled leather, paired with smooth sail Swooshes and laces. Aged midsoles add a vintage vibe, while faded red outsoles provide gritty contrast.
The sneaker includes mini Swooshes at the toe, camouflage patches near the heel, and Nigel’s name on the insole. His custom “Bike Air” logo and co-branded tongue tags with “Prime Time” details make it personal and performance-ready.
Nigel Sylvester, known for his creative ride through sneaker culture and BMX fame, first teamed up with Jordan Brand in 2018. His latest design keeps that raw, real energy alive in a more low-key package.
