Bruno Mars has officially released his fourth solo studio album, The Romantic, today (February 27, 2026) via Atlantic Records.
The album marks his first full solo project in a decade, following 2016’s 24K Magic. Since then, he teamed up with Anderson .Paak for 2021’s An Evening with Silk Sonic, but fans have been waiting years for a proper solo return.
The hype has been massive. Lead single I Just Might dropped in January and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Bruno’s 10th chart-topper. The track has stayed strong in the top 10 ever since.
The Romantic keeps things tight with nine tracks and no guest features. The album leans into smooth, romantic vibes, mixing funky grooves with heartfelt lyrics. Much of the production comes from D’Mile, with clear inspiration from classic doo-wop, Motown, and retro R&B.

Tracks include Risk It All, Cha Cha Cha, God Was Showing Off, and closing song Dance With Me. The project focuses on love, risk, and devotion, while putting Bruno’s vocals and songwriting front and centre.
Bruno has also teased a global stadium tour kicking off in April 2026. Select dates will feature support from Anderson .Paak (as DJ Pee .Wee), Victoria Monét, RAYE, and Leon Thomas.
The album is now streaming on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, and fans are already flooding social media with reactions. Many are praising the smooth production and emotional depth, calling it a strong return to solo form.
After ten years away from a solo album, Bruno Mars is officially back — and it looks like the wait paid off.
