Insta360 has released two new webcams – the Link 2 Pro and Link 2C Pro. Both are designed for professionals, teachers, and content creators who want better video and audio.
The Link 2 Pro has a 2-axis gimbal. This lets it track people automatically – from head to full body. Users can also set custom tracking areas. The Link 2C Pro does not have a gimbal. It uses smart auto-framing to keep people centred.
Both webcams have a large 1/1.3-inch sensor. This gives clearer images in low light and stable brightness in mixed lighting. They also support HDR, making colors and contrast look better.
The webcams can record 4K video at 30fps. They also support 1080p and 720p at up to 60fps. Users can choose H.264 or MJPEG compression depending on the resolution.
Audio is strong on both models. Each webcam has two microphones – one omnidirectional and one directional. They use AI noise reduction to reduce background noise and focus on your voice. You can pick from Standard, Original, Wide, or Focus audio modes.
Both webcams support gesture controls, scene presets, virtual backgrounds, DeskView, Smart Whiteboard, and natural bokeh. They work with Elgato Stream Deck, Insta360 Wave, and Link Controller software. Connection is USB-C, and they work with Windows and Mac.
Pricing starts at $199.99 for the Link 2C Pro and $249.99 for the Link 2 Pro. You can buy them through the Insta360 store, Amazon, and other authorised sellers.
The Link 2 Pro has won a 2026 CES Picks Award. Both webcams make professional video calls and content creation easier without needing expensive cameras or microphones.
