Deadpool Becomes Marvel Rivals’ First Triple-Role Hero

Deadpool

Deadpool has officially entered Marvel Rivals Season 6 as the game’s first triple-role Hero, able to switch between Vanguard, Strategist, and Duelist roles mid-match. Each role equips Wade Wilson with a unique set of abilities:

  • Duelist: High DPS with katanas and pistols, creating chaotic visual effects.
  • Vanguard: Defensive skills, including a Unicorn Plushie shield that protects teammates or disrupts enemies.
  • Strategist: Lifesteal abilities that heal allies while attacking foes.

Additionally, Deadpool features a character-specific XP bar, allowing players to upgrade abilities during matches, and his Ultimate’s potency is tied to a combat grade, rewarding stylish gameplay.

This combination of DPS, tanking, and sustain makes him highly versatile and capable of upending team compositions, potentially reshaping the meta. Fans are particularly excited about the game’s faithful recreation of Deadpool’s chaotic, fourth-wall-breaking personality.
