Big Sean and Jhené Aiko End 10-Year Relationship, Remain Co-Parents

Big Sean and Jhené Aiko

Rapper Big Sean and singer Jhené Aiko have reportedly ended their decade-long relationship, according to multiple sources. The couple, who worked together as TWENTY88 and share a son, Noah Hasani Chilombo-Anderson, have not publicly confirmed the split.

Sources told AllHipHop that the breakup was related to marriage. “She wanted marriage — she wanted the commitment,” one source said. “Sean loves her deeply, but he just never wanted to take that final step.” The source added that Aiko gave “multiple ultimatums” before deciding to move on.

Despite the reported split, the couple remain on good terms as co-parents. “They’re in a great place — it’s peaceful. They both respect each other too much to let things get messy. They just want to do what’s best for their child,” the source said.

Big Sean and Aiko welcomed their son Noah in 2022. Earlier this year, Sean spoke about fatherhood on The Jennifer Hudson Show, praising Noah’s personality and talents. He said, “He has the charm of my dad and the spirit of his mom… He’s just the best of all of us put together.”

Sean also noted Noah’s musical abilities, adding, “He picks up that mic and he has a beautiful voice like his mom. He has range and everything. He’s definitely very vocal. He talks. He’s very expressive and very smart.”

Fans expressed disappointment online, with some worrying that the breakup could end future music from TWENTY88.
