Dillon Gabriel, quarterback for the Cleveland Browns, has been dating his fiancée, Zo Caswell, since high school. The couple first met in middle school in Hawaii and got engaged in 2024.
Caswell, also from Hawaii, grew up in Honolulu and values her island upbringing. She studied business administration, earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and completing a master’s at Grand Canyon University in 2025.
The couple navigated a long-distance relationship while Gabriel played at the University of Central Florida. When he transferred to the University of Oklahoma, Caswell moved with him, and two years later, he proposed. They plan to marry in the summer of 2026, with a Catholic ceremony followed by a traditional celebration.
Zo Caswell has been a constant presence at Gabriel’s games, though she admits watching him play makes her anxious at times. Gabriel often expresses gratitude for her support, calling himself “blessed and lucky” to have her in his life.
