A leaked diss track reportedly by rapper Young Thug has surfaced online, in which he calls out several former associates from his Young Stoner Life (YSL) collective, including Gunna and Yak Gotti, labeling them “rats.”

The track, allegedly titled Closing Arguments, emerged on social media this week, according to reports from hip hop outlet Kurrco. In the song, Young Thug appears to address long-standing tensions linked to the YSL RICO trial, which has divided the Atlanta rap scene since 2022.

Alongside Gunna and Yak Gotti, the rapper is said to reference YSL Woody, Slimelife Shawty, YSL Obama, YSL Slug, and YSL DK. He also denies accusations that he cooperated with authorities during the trial, contrasting his actions with those of others.

“Y’all nas pointed nas out and said they did the crime. N***a, I said he didn’t,” he reportedly raps on the track.

The diss has sparked debate online, with fans questioning both the validity of the leak and Thug’s decision to attack fellow artists. Critics have also highlighted previous controversies surrounding alleged leaked jail calls, where Thug was accused of making disparaging remarks about artists such as Lil Durk, Lil Baby, Kendrick Lamar, and GloRilla.

Reactions to Closing Arguments have been mixed. While some listeners defended Young Thug’s stance, others argued that the leaks have damaged his reputation further at a time when he faces ongoing scrutiny in the music industry and beyond.

It remains unclear if the track will see an official release.
